Description: Health Connect America provides mental and behavioral health services to children, families, and adults across multiple states. There are twenty-two offices across Tennessee. Services offered include crisis intervention, intensive in-home services, comprehensive outpatient mental health treatment, individual and family counseling, case management, transitional care, autism services, medication management, substance use disorder treatment, and referrals.

Description: Pathways offers mobile crisis services, outpatient counseling for behavioral and substance use needs, medication management, case management services, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and recovery. Many of these services are also available via telehealth. Clients from this office and others in the community can also participate in Peer Support Services at the Hope Drop-in Center. Pathways offers discounted fees for patients who qualify.

Description: Western Mental Health Institute is a psychiatric hospital with onsite emergency services for young adults, adults, and seniors. Inpatient services are provided for patients who are not typically served by the private service sector and have no other inpatient treatment resources available to them. Most patients have a severe and persistent mental illness and are hospitalized on an emergency, involuntary basis. The hospital is an authorized provider under TennCare.
